Complaints Procedure (Wkkgz)
If you ever have a concern or complaint about your experience at Mind & Beyond, please feel free to contact me directly so we can discuss it together and find a suitable resolution. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may submit a formal complaint in accordance with the Dutch Quality, Complaints and Disputes Care Act (Wkkgz).
