Our services

Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults and young people in Amsterdam and online, mainly in English or Hungarian. Therapy provides a structured space to slow things down, understand patterns, and work through difficulties in a way that feels manageable and relevant to daily life. My background in clinical neuropsychology means we don’t only talk about how things feel, but also about how your mind works — and how to work with it rather than against it.

In individual therapy, I offer support with:

  • anxiety and ongoing stress

  • mood and emotional regulation

  • burnout and work-related exhaustion

  • sleep difficulties and disrupted rest

  • trauma

  • questions around ADHD or autism, including assessment and post-diagnostic support

  • identity and self-exploration

  • cross-cultural adjustment and a sense of belonging

  • perfectionism and self-criticism

Therapeutic Approaches

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized therapy designed to help you heal from trauma and distressing life experiences.  It works by using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to process painful memories, reduces their emotional intensity and overwhelm, supports nervous system regulation, and help you move forward with greater ease. EMDR is a compassionate and effective approach that empowers you to regain control over your emotions and find relief from the past.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you notice and shift unhelpful thoughts, emotional reactions, and behavioral patterns. It’s especially effective for anxiety, depression, and stress—and offers practical tools for everyday resilience.

We also offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy:

  • Visual tools for memory and planning

  • Externalizing strategies for executive functioning

  • Playful metaphors and sensory supports

  • Space for nonlinear, associative thinking

This makes CBT more engaging, less overwhelming, and far more effective—because it actually fits how your mind works.

It shows emotions like happy, sad, and angry, with people expressing and experiencing these emotions through music and conversation. The diagram highlights that emotions influence thoughts and behaviors, which are interconnected and affect each other.
