About Mind & Beyond

About

Hi, I’m Dana,

I’ve been drawn to psychology for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I was fascinated by the human mind — curious about how people create worlds like The Lord of the Rings. That early curiosity about what shapes our thoughts, emotions, and stories eventually led me to this work.

Living in different cultures (Hungary, UK, Netherlands) has taught me to take elements from each place I’ve called home and shape them into something uniquely my own, like a puzzle. This perspective informs how I work. I’m curious and open by nature and enjoy exploring different approaches and tools to support clients in ways that fit them best.

My Professional Background

I studied Clinical Neuropsychology and Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology during my university training, which is also where my interest in ADHD and autism began — particularly in female and later-identified presentations. This remains an active area of focus in my work, within a broader, integrative clinical practice. Recently, I was invited to presented at the ESA on late diagnosis in ADHD and autism. My clinical work is also informed by lived experience. Being diagnosed with ADHD later in life has deepened my attention to pacing, masking, and burnout. I understand how it is to live with a busy mind and a sensitive nervous system, while remaining mindful that every person’s experience is unique.
