Neurodevelopmental Assessment (ADHD & Autism)
A neurodevelopmental assessment can be new lens for understanding yourself, whether you are seeking a formal diagnosis, looking for language to describe your experiences, or simply curious about how your mind works. I offer assessments for adults, with a focus on understanding how you experience and move through the world. I pay particular attention to masking; recognising that many people have spent years navigating spaces that didn't always accommodate how they think and feel. My aim is for the assessment to feel like a collaborative exploration, not just a formality.
The assessment follows a structured clinical framework, incorporating standardised questionnaires and clinical interviews while exploring your own experiences. We close with a feedback session where we discuss the findings together.

ADHD & Autism
People experience ADHD and autism in many different ways, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to support. Sessions may focus on therapy, coaching, or a combination of both — sometimes the work is reflective, at other times more practical. We adjust as we go, based on what feels relevant and useful.
.Areas we might work on include:
understanding how your brain manages time, energy and attention
sensory experiences and finding environments that feel sustainable
relationships, communication and connecting with others in ways that feel authentic
navigating work, study or social spaces
burnout, recovery and learning how to rest in ways that actually restore you
identity, late diagnosis and masking

Parent Coaching
Parental coaching gives you a supportive space to better understand your child and learn more about how their brain works. Together, we look at ADHD and/or autism not just in terms of difficulties, but also the strengths and unique ways of thinking that come with them.
In our sessions, you’ll gain:
Insight into how ADHD and/or autism affect your child’s daily life
Practical tools to manage behavioural and sensory challenges
Strategies for building routines that actually work
Ways to reduce stress and strengthen family connection
Guidance to nurture your child’s strengths and confidence
The aim is to help you feel more equipped and supported, while creating an environment where your child—and your family—can truly thrive.
