Neurodevelopmental Coaching (ADHD&ASD)

ADHD & ASD Coaching

Living with ADHD or autism can bring both unique strengths and real challenges—and I know this not only as a psychologist but also through my own experience of being late-diagnosed with ADHD. That’s why my coaching approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to you (or your child).

We work together to find strategies that fit your life, whether that means managing time and routines, navigating sensory overwhelm, strengthening communication, or building confidence in social and academic settings. This isn’t about “fixing” you, but about helping you use your strengths, understand your challenges, and feel more equipped in daily life.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, and to offer tools that are flexible enough to actually work for you—fostering self-awareness, confidence, and meaningful growth.

Coming soon * ADHD & Autism Group Coaching

Super excited as soon we’ll be offering small-group coaching sessions designed to be practical, supportive, and affordable. These groups are a chance to connect with like-minded people, learn more about ADHD and autism, and explore tools that really work in daily life.

We’ll cover everyday challenges like:

  • Understanding time blindness and building better routines

  • Tools for managing “out of sight, out of mind” moments

  • Coping strategies for sensory sensitivities

  • Navigating social connections with more ease

  • Making sense of the mysteries of motivation and focus

Group coaching combines learning, sharing experiences, and building strategies together—so you walk away with both insight and practical tools. Plus, it’s more affordable than individual sessions while still giving you tailored support.

Parent Coaching

Parental coaching gives you a supportive space to better understand your child and learn more about how their brain works. Together, we look at ADHD and/or autism not just in terms of difficulties, but also the strengths and unique ways of thinking that come with them.

In our sessions, you’ll gain:

  • Insight into how ADHD and/or autism affect your child’s daily life

  • Practical tools to manage behavioural and sensory challenges

  • Strategies for building routines that actually work

  • Ways to reduce stress and strengthen family connection

  • Guidance to nurture your child’s strengths and confidence

The aim is to help you feel more equipped and supported, while creating an environment where your child—and your family—can truly thrive.
